Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By booking or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Agreement

Dwarkamai Services provides catering and event management services as per the details agreed upon during booking. All services are subject to availability.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after an advance payment of 50% of the estimated cost. The remaining amount must be paid before or on the day of the event.

3. Cancellation & Refund

- Cancellation 7 days before the event: Full refund of advance.
- Cancellation within 7 days: 50% of advance will be deducted.
- No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the event date.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices mentioned are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Final billing will include taxes as per government norms.

5. Food & Menu Customization

Menu selection must be finalized at least 5 days before the event. Any last-minute changes may attract additional charges.

6. Liability

Dwarkamai Services is not responsible for delays or issues caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

7. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree not to misuse the content or attempt any unauthorized access to our systems.
